Reimbursement Policy
It is understood: Subject to a $20 administration fee, my tuition is only refundable if I contact the registrar in writing and cancel my registration more than 15 days prior to the date of the event or if the written notice is given 15 days or sooner to the event and someone on the waiting list takes my place. Otherwise there is no refund of my tuition. If my car is unsuitable or cannot complete the day for any reason there is no refund. I agree to pay for any damage to the track or replenishment of supplies (e.g. recharge of fire extinguisher, track signage, etc.) caused by me within ten days of written notice from the Club. I agree to such charge to my credit card.

Information and Privacy Policy
The purpose for collecting a driver’s and payee’s information is to allow The Saab Club of Canada (Club) to conduct the EDS program effectively. The primary uses are to enrol and classify a driver as a participant; secondary uses are for the Club’s insurance and liability protection. Except to the Club’s insurance and legal representatives and regulatory bodies where necessary, or where permitted by privacy legislation, the Club does not disclose personal information to third parties without the owner’s consent. Unless directed otherwise in writing the Club may advise you of future driving events using the contact information provided.
