Do I really leave my car unlocked?!

This is very important: when you arrive at the track and park, OPEN your engine hood (the "bonnet") and luggage truck (the "bootlid"). Leave your car UNLOCKED!

Your open hood and trunk signifies to us that your car is ready for its on-site technical inspection. Our team of inspectors will be going from car to car, while you register, to ensure things like (but not limited to) the battery is secure, the cabin and trunk are COMPLETELY empty, the glove box is empty, the spare and jack are secure, the floor mats are completely secure, parts are not falling off the car, etc.

We will not steal your car! We have our own, thanks. There will be many people around watching over your vehicles. We will not steal prized possessions (but then, you should not even be bringing them to the track). Once your car is checked, we'll put a sticker on it to represent "it's good to go." And we'll close all the openings.

If you leave your car locked and closed, it will not get inspected. And that means, when it comes time for you to go on track, you will be delayed. Worse, you may miss a session.

Let's work together to avoid this.

Thank you, in advance, for your co-operation.
