Assumptions

• this form requires the use of JavaScript within your web browser
• the JavaScript code was not developed to trap non-numeric values, i.e. if you enter letters or other symbols into the drivers or manual discount fields, improper results will be calculated
• the form uses the "current date" assuming the date on the computer you are using is correct
• the current date/time from your computer is:
  
  
• your calculated fees are based on the current date and early-bird dates for schools
• the "number of drivers" is used when 2 or more people are entering the school where they each intend to fully participate, i.e. one driver in novice and the other in intermediate; or may be used when a separate payee is purchasing the school for several entrants
• total due value calculated is what you owe, assuming you submit a completed application with payment provided before the early-bird deadline
• we will verify your calculated fees as you apply using an independent process
• if you do not submit a completed application with payment information before the early-bird date, then the calculation you used will not apply
